The Locker team is actively looking for volunteers who are proficient in English and native speakers of another language or languages to expand the language support of Locker. We use the Crowdin platform for translation progress, by which you can join and help make Locker more accessible in your language community.

1. List of Languages for Translation

Below is a list of languages requested to be localized by Locker users. If you do not see your preferred language, you can request any language translation in this discussion.

2. Main Translation Workflow

Locker always welcomes new translators and highly values your contribution to expanding the language support of Locker. For each language, we need at least:

• A translator: to help translate files from English to your proficient language
• A proofreader: to help review the translations and make changes if necessary

There are 3 files in each language project, respectively to our supported platforms:

• A file for web application/desktop app: about 10,000 English words
• A file for browser extension: about 3000 English words
• A file for mobile application: about 4000 English words

3. What you get as a contributor

As a token of our gratitude and to further incentivize others to bring value to the Locker community, all translators actively participating in the translation process will be rewarded with a Premium subscription.

Once you participate in a language project, you will get access to Locker Premium immediately. Please send us the email address associated with the Locker account that you want to be rewarded via [email protected] (you can get the rewards for your Locker account or for any family member or friend).
